I.C.E Hanoi International Exhibition Center is a joint venture between the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace and Vietnam Exhibition, Conference and Advertising Joint Stock Company (VCCI EXPO) approved by competent authorities in the form of a "Business Cooperation Contract" on the basis that VCCI EXPO Company invests the entire building and is responsible for managing and operating the activities. I.C.E Hanoi Exhibition Building is a new investment model to replace the old Exhibition House which is no longer suitable. Officially put into operation at the end of March 2007, I.C.E Hanoi aims at the following purposes: Organizing domestic and international exhibitions Organizing art performances, physical education, sports, mass activities... Exploiting other services such as rallies, meetings, weddings, meetings and exchanges...
